House Clearance

After your initial contact, we will arrange to view the property to be cleared at a convenient time to you. After discussing what items are to be cleared and dependent on any resalable value, we will either charge for clearing or pay you cash, this varies from clearance to clearance and is impossible to give an accurate quote on the telephone. We will clear everything you ask, this will include emptying all cupboards, clothes, carpets and curtains. Sheds or garages are also cleared and even completely taken away if requested. We dispose of all rubbish responsibly and recycle wherever possible, we also donate to charities clothes and bric a brac.


Please note.... we do not take paint or any hazardous liquids or materials

Rubbish Clearance

Once again after the initial contact, we will review the rubbish to be cleared, agree a price to be charged and then we will collect and dispose of all rubbish on a day arranged, this, in our experience is cheaper than a skip and more convenient, not all skips can be left at properties and in some cases permission is required this will at least save your back!!

Property Cleaning Service

After a property has been cleared of furniture and rubbish it can sometimes show dirt and grime that is normally hidden. If you are selling or letting this property a spring clean can make all the difference to it's desirability.

We vacuum, wash all surfaces and ceramics, however this can be tailored to your property and discussed with you.


We can now deliver an end of Tenancy Cleaning Service and a Deep Covid Clean.

Quality Items Bought and sold

In addition to our many services we also buy quality items for cash, we buy antiques, modern furniture, garden ornaments etc. if you have something for sale then simply give us a ring!

We sell good quality furniture and many mobility items such as walkers, electric beds, bed guards etc. these are all subject to availabilty

Probate

We are fully experienced in dealing with probate cases. We are aware of the process and know that sometimes it can lead to long periods of waiting to proceed and delays in payment until the legalities are finalised. All quotes are sent to you in writing.
